AGE 9 - 13

This program is a hybrid between the 5-8 and 14-17 class. While we still want your kids having a ball in class. There is more of focus on the skill and technique of boxing. Our coaches do drills that will help your child develop their gross motor and hand eye coordination and improve their boxing footwork and punching skills. The kids will still play teamwork and individual games that will help them develop their critical thinking skills, speed and overall boxing skills. We focus on building core strength and overall bodyweight strength by doing bodyweight exercises or through circuit training.
